About Me

A different way of coming home to yourself

I didn’t arrive at this work because I had everything figured out.

I arrived here because, at one point, I realised I had lost touch with myself and no amount of striving, self-improvement, or doing what I should do was bringing me back.

Like many women, I learned how to function, achieve and keep going. But I hadn’t learned how to listen to myself.

The Moment Things Began to Shift

My life started to change when I stopped asking, ‘what should I do next?’ and began asking ‘how am I actually designed to live?’

Human Design and Astrology didn’t give me a set of rules to follow, they gave a sense of direction.

By learning about how my energy works, my gifts, my soul desires and who I am at my core, I was able to become honest about what I really wanted in life and therefore found the courage to start working on my limiting beliefs and habits that were holding me back.

This understanding didn’t fix everything overnight but it softened the inner conflict and from there, everything else began to reorganise.

Why I Work the Way I Do

A woman with blonde hair sitting cross-legged on a cozy, cream-colored chair by a large window with natural light. She appears relaxed, holding a smartphone, wearing a brown sweater and blue jeans. The interior features a wooden floor and a partially visible old world map on the wall.

I don’t believe in rushing transformation because I’ve been there and it doesn’t work.

I believe in depth, in nervous-system safety, that self-trust is built slowly through understanding yourself and you can only do that if you care enough to start listening.

Your body is telling you whether something feels right or not, often we either want to ignore the signs or we aren’t in tune enough to notice them.

The women I work with are often in a season of becoming the version of themselves they came here to be.

They sense that something in their life no longer fits, but they don’t yet know what wants to come next.

My role is not to tell you who to be. It’s to help you understand yourself well enough that you can lead your own life.

The Matriarch Path

For me, becoming the Matriarch of your own life doesn’t mean having all the answers.

It means knowing how to listen inward, to gain back power within yourself and trusting yourself and the decisions you make.

It means taking responsibility for your life without abandoning yourself in the process or fearing the outcome because you KNOW you are here for more joy, success and prosperity.

How We Can Work Together

The first way most women step into this work is through a First Sip Session, a spacious ninety-minute Human Design & Astrology session focused on one area of your life where you feel disconnected, unsure, or at a crossroads.

These sessions are about orientation. They are the beginning.

From there, the work can deepen gently and intentionally over time.
