Hi, I’m Laura – Here to Make Sure You Stop Settling & Start Living!

If there’s one thing I refuse to accept, it’s a life that feels meh. I believe we are meant to live boldly, unapologetically, and in full alignment with our deepest desires. But too many women play small, stay stuck in cycles of doubt, and settle for less than they deserve. That’s where I come in.

I’m a mindset coach, Human Design and Astrology guide, and transformation catalyst who helps women break free from limiting beliefs, step into their power, and create a life that sets their soul on fire.

Using a mix of deep mindset reprogramming, energy work, and spiritual tools, I help you rewrite the old stories that have kept you stuck and tap into your most magnetic, unstoppable self.

How I Got Here

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been chasing adventure and growth (hello, Sagittarius Sun & Aries Moon!). But even with my naturally optimistic, free-spirited nature, I hit a point in my life where I felt completely out of alignment. I had done everything “right,” yet I was questioning everything. It was during my Saturn Return that I discovered Astrology and Human Design – and everything clicked.

I realised I wasn’t here to follow the beaten path. I was here to create my own rules. I dove deep into manifestation, EFT, breathwork, and subconscious reprogramming, and everything started shifting. Now, I help other women do the same – because you are meant for so much more than playing it safe.

    If you’re not sure what your time of birth is but still want a Soul Energy session, I will cater the session.

  • NO, this session helps you to release the shackles keeping you settled! We’re all unique in what we need and how we turn up, I like to begin with Astrology and Human Design but our session could focus more on limiting beliefs, thoughts and emotions, taking aligned action. It really will depend on how I see you as a Projector and what I feel you need to leave the session feeling incredible and excited for the future.

  • Yes of course, this will be sent to you within 48 hours.

  • Follow the link and choose a date in the calendar. Once you have booked a time, you will receive a form to complete. I ask that this be completed at least 48 hours prior to the session.

  • I require 24 hours notice for cancellations for you to receive a refund, and 12 hours notice for rescheduling the appointment.
