This is not a motivational pep talk. It is not a strategy session. It is 60 minutes of guided breathwork practice designed to shift what thinking alone never could.

I’ll dive deep into the energies this sign will bring, where to look for it in relation to your chart and then help you connect to your intuition.

1.  You name your one thing.

Before the session starts, you drop it in the group chat. One decision you've been circling, one action you keep not taking, one thing you want to feel clearer about. Naming it out loud is the first act of commitment.

2.  We settle.

I open by discussing the themes of this new month, followed by a guided meditation and breathwork practice to bring you out of your head and into your body. The kind of settling that's hard to do alone.

3.  You journal your intention ready for the month ahead

A guided journalling process to help you identify what you want, what your intuition is telling you, and to help you release what no longer serves you.

4.  You set your honest intention.

The session closes with each participant setting a clear, honest action for the month. Not what you think you should do. The one real, available next step.
