The Sunday Reset is a Weekly Group Practice
Every Sunday at 7:30PM, a small group of women gather online to do the same thing: bring one area of their life they want to move on and actually move it.
This is not a motivational pep talk. It is not a strategy session. It is 45 minutes of guided somatic and breathwork practice designed to shift what thinking alone never could.
You come in. You name the one thing out loud. You go into your body. You leave with a genuine intention, not a to-do list, but a clear, available next step.
1. You name your one thing.
Before the session starts, you drop it in the group chat. One decision you've been circling, one action you keep not taking, one thing you want to feel clearer about. Naming it out loud is the first act of commitment.
2. We settle.
I open with a guided meditation and breathwork practice to bring you out of your head and into your body. The kind of settling that's hard to do alone.
3. We go into the somatic layer.
A guided somatic and journalling process to help you identify what is actually happening underneath the avoidance, where the resistance is sitting, what the stress response is doing.
4. You set your honest intention.
The session closes with each participant setting a clear, honest intention for the week. Not what you think you should do. The one real, available next step.
