Where your inner child comes out to play

A two hour breathwork & intuitive flower painting workshop

A woman sitting cross-legged on the floor near a large window, with her eyes closed in a meditative pose, sunlight casting shadows on her face, and some tarot cards and small objects on the floor nearby.

Somewhere along the way, most of us stopped creating for the pleasure of it.

Stopped moving for the joy of it. Stopped letting ourselves be playful, messy, or free because somewhere it started to feel like that wasn't quite allowed anymore.

Wild & Blooming is an invitation to remember what it feels like when it is.

This is a two-hour workshop that begins with restorative breathwork, designed to connect you to that younger, freer part of yourself that creates without judgment and plays without agenda. From that place of openness, we move into intuitive flower painting. Not to produce something perfect but to trust your intuition and to let something out.

What the Two Hours hold

We open with a guided restorative breathwork practice - gentle, grounding, and held. This isn't an intense or clinical session but the kind of breathwork that helps you soften, slow down, and reconnect to the part of you that knows how to play. Your inner child doesn't need perfection, she needs the freedom to be exactly who she is.

From there, we move into intuitive flower painting guided by the wonderful artist, Hannah Mitson. You don't need to be an artist because Hannah will teach you everything you need to know. You just need a brush and permission to be creative which we provide in abundance. The paintings that come out of this space always surprise people and that’s the point.

We close with time to be in the room together, to look at what you made, share if you want to, and carry a little of that lightness back out with you.

A colorful floral painting in progress on a table covered with painting supplies, including brushes, paints, and a palette. The table has a white cloth and the artwork features large blue and pink roses with red flowers on a pink background outlined with yellow tape.

This is for you if...

  • You can't remember the last time you did something purely for the pleasure of it

  • You've been told you're not creative and you're ready to prove that wrong

  • You want to spend a couple of hours in a room where productivity is not the point

  • You've been running hard and your inner child is ready to stage a gentle revolt

  • You want to connect to your intuition, close off the mind and let the body lead the way
