If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that feeling trapped in a life that doesn’t feel amazing is not your natural state. I believe we are meant to live boldly, unapologetically, and in full alignment with our deepest desires.

I'm a mindset coach, Human Design and Astrology guide, and transformation catalyst who helps women break free from limitation, step into their power, and create lives that set their souls on fire. Using a mix of deep mindset reprogramming, energy work, and spiritual tools, I help you reconnect with your authentic self and tap into your most magnetic, unstoppable energy.

How I Got Here

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been chasing adventure and growth (hello, Sagittarius Sun & Aries Moon!). But even with my naturally optimistic, free-spirited nature, I hit a point in my life where I felt completely out of alignment. I had done everything “right,” yet I was questioning everything. It was during my Saturn Return that I discovered Astrology and Human Design – and everything clicked.

I realised I wasn’t here to follow the beaten path. I was here to create my own rules. I dove deep into manifestation, EFT, breathwork, and subconscious reprogramming, and everything started shifting. Now, I help other women do the same – because you are meant for so much more than playing it safe.

By starting with your Human Design and Astrology, we work with your natural energy instead of forcing methods that aren't aligned for you. Plus, we address the subconscious blocks that have been sabotaging your previous efforts.

  • I will require your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth.

    If you’re not sure what your time of birth is but still want a Soul Energy session, I will cater the session.

  • Absolutely! No previous knowledge is required. I explain everything in accessible, practical terms focused on application rather than theory. You'll walk away with usable insights, not just interesting information.

  • Yes of course, this will be sent to you within 48 hours.

  • Follow the link and choose a date in the calendar. Once you have booked a time, you will receive a form to complete. I ask that this be completed at least 48 hours prior to the session.
